ComplianceDB becomes Merkely🚀

Happy new year! 🎉 In the first of a series of announcements, we are very excited to report that as of today we have a new name – Merkely!

We considered many (!) 🤯 options, but Merkely captured all of our imaginations. The name is inspired by the Merkle Tree 🌲, the core data structure in git which we use extensively in our product. It is also a homophone of the Norwegian 🇳🇴 word merkelig, which means strange or bizarre, and that very much fits in with our culture!
